Personal planners

Our personal planners, journals, and family activity packs are for the purchaser’s own personal or household use. You may annotate PDFs, edit any included workbook or text companion, and print worksheets for your own use. Where the kit permits it, share completed trip or event plans with your travel party or event helpers. Do not resell, publish, upload to a shared template library, or redistribute the blank files.

Business kits

One purchaser may use each business kit in one business, including the Cleaning, Freelancer, Content Planning, Photography, Salon, Craft Market, Podcast, Home Bakery, and Pet-Sitting Business kits. You may customize and send completed client-facing forms, briefs, and messages to your own clients. The source workbook, guides, and blank template collection may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.

Volunteer Event Kit

One purchaser may use this kit with one organizing group. Print and share working role briefs and event sheets internally for that group’s events. Do not sell, publish, or redistribute the kit as a template collection.

Free resources

The One-Page Client Brief is free for use in one business, including sharing completed briefs with your own clients. The other free downloads are for personal use. Print repeat copies for the permitted use. To share a blank resource with someone else, send its page link instead of redistributing the file.

Clear limits

These are organizational resources, not professional services, legal agreements, safety instructions, or promises of business results. Keep sensitive personal information secure and avoid putting passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents into these files.
