A simple place
to begin.

A solo baker organizing a small menu and direct customer orders.

  1. Enter ingredient pack quantities and costs on Stock. Build each recipe with its yield, ingredients, batch labor and other costs.
  2. Record orders using the actual agreed selling price. Enter payments against Order ID. Current recipe costs do not reprice earlier orders.
  3. Schedule production and enter completed units. Ingredient stock decreases from completed batches; record opening stock and receipts for the same tracking period.

A CLOSER LOOK

Ready for your details.

A clean workbook for you.
A separate filled example to follow.

Cream cells are editable. Formula cells calculate the results. These previews show fictional records in the included example file.

Follow the example

A fictional cupcake batch costs 11.90. At a 40% margin and zero payment fees, its unit guide price rounds up to 1.66. Completed production reduces ingredient stock without repricing historical orders.

Your first session

Open the separate example workbook to follow the demonstration. Enter your own records in the clean workbook.
