One community, parish, club, or other group organizing its own volunteer-supported events.

  1. Add volunteers, their roles and their availability window. Define shifts with full start and end dates and times.
  2. Assign volunteer IDs to shift IDs. Confirm assignments only after agreement; review overlaps and availability flags.
  3. During the event record actual hours, then review supplies, spending and the event debrief.
